- Quiet time is after 9 PM and before 8 AM (county regulation)
- TV and internet services are provided but outages are not cause for refunds
- No pesticides, herbicides, poisons, or glue traps permitted
Please understand that the cottage is in the woods, near open fields and a waterway. You may see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood. This includes raccoons, skunks, foxes, deer, mice, insects, spiders, bees, wasps, crickets, and ants. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We cannot control Mother Nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
- Dogs must be leashed when outside the fenced yard
- Please clean up after your dog in the yard and surrounding areas
- No dogs on furniture or beds without a covering
- Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep barking to a minimum
