- TV and internet services are provided but outages are not cause for refunds
- No pesticides, herbicides, poisons, or glue traps permitted

Please understand that the cottage is in the woods, near open fields and a waterway. You may see or encounter wildlife (raccoons, skunks, foxes, deer, mice, insects, spiders, bees, wasps, crickets, ants). These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We cannot control Mother Nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
