Please understand that the cottage is in the woods, near open fields and a waterway. You may see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood. This includes raccoons, skunks, foxes, deer, mice, insects, spiders, bees, wasps, spider crickets and ants. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We cannot control Mother Nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
