Do not rearrange furniture, bring in additional furniture and do not remove furniture covers including mattress covers No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 2 people. Quiet time after 9pm before 8am. County regulation. TV and internet services are provided and Services outages will not be cause for any refunds or discounts for your stay. Please understand that the cottage is in the woods, near open fields and a waterway. You may see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood. This includes raccoons, skunks, foxes, deer, mice, insects, spiders, bees, wasps, spider crickets and ants. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We cannot control Mother Nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay. No pesticides, herbicides, poisons or glue traps permitted.
